Our School Day
The compulsory school week consists of 32.5 hours (8:45am-3:15pm Monday-Friday).
School is open to provide additional wraparound/ childcare provision and extra-curricular clubs from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
A typical school day…
- 8:00am: Breakfast Club opens
- Children can begin to arrive at school from 8.40am.
- 8:45am: Start of compulsory School Day – registration and learning begins
- 10:45am-11:00am: Morning break time with Playground Leaders, Buddies and Sports Leaders
- 11:30am-12:30pm: Lunchtime (Nursery/ Reception)
- 12:00pm-12:45pm: Lunchtime (Key Stage 1)
- 12:15pm-1:00pm: Lunchtime (Key Stage 2)
- 12:30pm: Registration for Nursery/ Reception
- 12:45pm: Registration for Key Stage 1
- 1:00pm: Registration for Key Stage 2
- 3:15pm: End of the compulsory School Day
- 3:15pm-4:30pm: Wraparound Provision and Extra-Curricular Clubs
- 4:30pm: School Closes
