Our Class
Team Carle teacher is Miss Norman and the teaching assistants are Mrs Simpson and Ms Robson.
Blue Room staff are Mrs Honour, Mrs Hanley and Miss Burdon.
Our Learning
This term in our CLPE lessons, nursery children have been exploring the lovely text Hello, Friend! by Rebecca Cobb.
This week, we focused on the theme of sharing, which runs throughout the story. We linked this to our British Value of the half term: Tolerance and Mutual Respect.
The children shared fantastic examples of how they can share and show kindness in the classroom. We have such kind and thoughful friends in Team Carle!
Both children chosen as our Star of the Week and Values Champion are absent today, but they will receive their certificates on Monday.
Nursery Tolerance Tip of the Week
“We are all different, and that makes our classroom special! This week, let’s practice saying something kind when a friend likes something different from us—like a toy, a colour, or a game. Kind words make everyone feel happy and respected!”
