Class 3 and 4 recently visited St Cuthbert’s church.
As part of their RE lessons the children have been looking at Christian places of worship and which special features we find inside a church. The children really enjoyed their experience of a church. They tried on some of the special clothes that the vicar wears and identified features that they had learnt about in class.
Everyone said their favourite part was climbing into the pulpit.
